Blue Balls are out.

Blue Microphones must have gotten tired of the single entendre jokes, because all of their new mics are in colors besides blue.

First they introduce the red Kickball, a microphone in the Blue line of spherical mics tailored to low frequency applications such as kick drum and bass guitar.

So is it Blue or red? This has got to be really confusing in studios.

Next, they come up with the white Blue microphone, the Snowball. The Blue Snowball is a very cool USB microphone designed for professional recording applications.

The mics are well made and cool as hell, but we can’t help thinking that some painful studio “comedy” will face buyers.
