Sad, but true: A Norwalk, Conn. man was sentenced Tuesday to 25 years in prison after pleading guilty to fatally shooting his stepson and wounding his wife last summer during an argument over loud music.
Penny Atkins, 64, pleaded guilty to murder and attempted murder charges in the June 15, 2005, shootings.
