Adult entertainment star Jenna Jameson and rocker Dave Navarro (Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jane’s Addiction and Camp Freddy) are scheduled to host the upcoming Erotica LA, described as “the largest adult shopping metroplex and cultural event to hit Los Angeles.”
This annual festival of sexuality is set for June 23-25, 2006 at the LA Convention Center. We’ve noticed that festivals of sexuality never seem to make it to the Midwest.
Jameson, recipient of the Adult Video News Hall Of Fame Award, and her Club Jenna Girls will be making daily appearances to sign autographs and take photos with fans. Navarro and his Camp Freddy band will be on-hand for a live three-hour Indie 103.1 broadcast from the show floor on Saturday from 6 to 9 p.m.
The event will also feature seminars and “how to” workshops courtesy of the Pleasure Chest Learning Center; Vivid’s Debbie Does Dallas Cheerleader Tryouts; and the 3rd Annual Exotic Dancer Showdown. Sounds like a typical gig for Navarro.
“Every day at Erotica LA is unique — different performers, stage shows and seminars are scheduled,” stated Cindy Cheer, marketing manager for Erotica LA. “We found that many people return for a second and third day, so we offer a variety of entertainment and special surprises all weekend long.”
