CoverFlow is an album browser for OS X, using Cocoa and OpenGL that lets you browse your digital music collection like you are flipping through CD cases.
Features:
- A beautiful environment for browsing & launching your albums from
- Album art can be pulled from mp3 tags, Synergy, Clutter or Amazon
- If CoverFlow still doesn’t find the artwork you want, simply drag & drop an image
Requirements:
- Tiger or above
- A decent graphics card – anything better than a Rage128 will run, but low memory cards may start to choke with large album collections
- An iTunes-based music collection.
The only downside to the app is that you quickly realize how much of your collection is missing images…..
