K-FedKevin Federline and Thomas Dolby have reached an out-of-court settlement in their recent copyright infringement case.

Federline made an undisclosed cash payment to Dolby to compensate him for the illegal use of a sample from “She Blinded Me With Science” in the song “America’s Most Wanted”, which appeared on K-Fed’s MySpace page this past Spring and received over half a million downloads.

When asked what he intends to do with the money from the settlement, British musician Dolby said: “I’m going to buy a new sailboat, find a quiet anchorage somewhere, make myself a cup of tea and write some brand new songs.
