In the world of Internet video, there is a strange cult of electronic music fans that can’t seem to keep themselves from publishing their amateur techno dance videos.

We’ve collected a few of the strangest. If you continue, you will see kids dancing techno, half-naked dudes dancing techno, penguins dancing techno, batman dancing techno and even some hot babes dancing techno. And a gimp.

Warning: This page is full of embedded videos and may take a long time to load, and some of the videos are disturbingly mundane.

GoldfrappAccording to reports from MI-6, glam electronica band Goldfrapp are close to being confirmed as the title song artists for the forthcoming James Bond film Casino Royale.

No singing “Goldfrapp” to the tune of Goldfinger, now.

Goldfrapp, a British electronica duo from Bath, Somerset, consists of Alison Goldfrapp (lead vocals. keyboards, synthesizer) and Will Gregory (keyboards, synthesizer).

The duo released their debut album, Felt Mountain, in the winter of 2000 to much acclaim. The album was nominated for the Mercury Music Prize the following year and produced two minor successful singles in the UK.

Their second album Black Cherry was released in the beginning of 2003, and took the group into a new, more commercial direction. Their third album Supernature was released in 2005 to great success, peaking at number two in the UK and achieving platinum status, becoming Goldfrapp’s most successful commercial release to date.

Tabla Drum MachineWhat happens when a tabla drum machine loses its mind?

Classical hindustani glitchtronica.

According to its owner, Jesse Stiles, “My tabla machine, which i love dearly, has lost its freaking mind.

“It has a “composer” mode where you can program two beats of up to 100 steps each. I was programming a regular 32 step loop when it went completely apeshit and started playing a 334 step pattern of fucked up noises that most certainly do not come from a tabla. Check it out (.MOV). It gets really heavy somewhere around beat 227.”

Faster kill faster still pussycat
I cant stand to see you cry,
Honey you know where the world is at,
Get what you want with your lucky eyes

Who knows what this song is about?

Maybe it has something to do with the Russ Meyer trash classic, Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill!

Maybe Oakenfold’s trying for that James Bond theme song sort of vibe, where you get a great singer to sing passionately about Thunderball, Moonraker, or some other incomprehensible gibberish.

Bottom line? We have no idea what this song is about, but the song is hot and Brittany Murphy could sing her shopping list and sound good:
